Data Technology FZCO was founded in 2018 in Dubai Airport Free Zone and supplies the repair trade with original service pack screens and spare parts. This website is a catalogue: it shows what we carry, and orders are handled by our sales team on the basis of a written quotation. Below are the questions trade buyers put to us before a first order, with our answers. Where a detail depends on your country or on the product, we say so rather than guess, and anything contractual is governed by our terms and conditions, not by this page.
Ordering and accounts
Who can order from Data Technology FZCO?
We supply businesses only: repair shops and repair chains, refurbishers, distributors, insurers' service partners and corporate device fleets. We do not sell to private individuals, and we do not fit screens ourselves.
What should a quote request contain?
Use the contact page or email osiya@datatechno.net. Include the part codes exactly as they appear on this site (for example GH82-33396C/33386C or 02353QJJ), the quantity per code, the tier you want where a code exists in several tiers (service pack, ASMBLD, RNW, OLED), the destination country and your company name. Sales replies with a written quotation that lists each line, its availability and the shipping option. A quotation is not a confirmed order; the order is confirmed when sales sends you an order confirmation, as set out in our terms and conditions.
Do I need a trade account?
A first quotation does not require an account. Regular buyers are set up with a trade account so that repeat orders can be placed by reference and shipped to saved addresses. Ask sales what is needed to open one; the requirements differ by country.
Do you set a minimum quantity?
No fixed minimum is published on this site, because it varies by product, tier and availability. Send your parts list and sales will state any minimum per line in the quotation. Mixed lists with a few units of many codes are normal for repair shops and are welcome.
Can I mix brands and tiers in one order?
Yes. Apple and Samsung lines can share a shipment with Huawei, Xiaomi, Google, Motorola, Oppo, Realme and OnePlus parts, and original service pack, ASMBLD, RNW and aftermarket OLED lines can be combined on one quotation. Each line is quoted and confirmed individually.
Delivery and payment
How long does delivery take?
Items confirmed from stock are dispatched promptly after order confirmation, within the period stated in your quotation and order confirmation. Transit time then depends on the carrier service and the destination; sales states the expected dispatch and the carrier on the quotation. For lines that are not in stock, sales confirms the lead time per line before you commit. See also our delivery information.
How is payment arranged?
Payment terms and the accepted methods are set out on the quotation or proforma invoice, because they depend on your country and on whether you hold a trade account. Ask sales which methods are available to you before you confirm.
Which carriers do you use, and what about customs?
We ship worldwide from Dubai with DHL, UPS and FedEx. Responsibility for import duties, local taxes and customs clearance in the destination country is governed by our terms and conditions and stated on the quotation, so ask sales if your country needs special handling. If your customs broker needs specific documents or you want the shipment on your own carrier account, tell sales when you confirm the order. Ask before adding battery lines to an air shipment, as carriers restrict lithium batteries.
Compatibility, warranty and returns
How is compatibility confirmed?
By part number, not by marketing name. Give us the number from the flex or label of the old part and the model code (for example SM-A156 for the Galaxy A15 5G), and sales checks it against the catalogue, including the colour suffix, the frame type and E or EU regional versions. If the number is unreadable, send a photo of the label and of the back of the panel. We do not confirm fit from an IMEI alone.
What warranty applies to screens?
Parts listed as original service pack are genuine manufacturer parts supplied factory-sealed from the manufacturer's service channel; the warranty that applies to each line is as agreed in the quotation and order confirmation. Test every screen promptly after delivery, within the period stated on the delivery note, before fitting and before removing the protective film. DOA claims are handled under our terms and conditions: report the part code, the invoice number, a description of the fault and a photo or video to sales before returning anything. The same procedure applies to ASMBLD, RNW and aftermarket lines.
What format works best for a parts list?
Either a spreadsheet or a plain text list, one line per code, with these columns: part code, model, colour, tier, quantity, notes. Copy the product name from this site where possible, because it already contains the tier tag and the frame information. Attach the file to the contact form or email it to osiya@datatechno.net. Long lists are welcome; sales answers them line by line.
Where are you located, and can I visit or collect?
Our office is at J-24 Dubai Airport Free Zone, P.O. Box 371237, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, telephone +971 52 923 7659. Ask sales before planning a visit or a collection so that someone is available and the paperwork is ready.
